About Growing with Us In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of our organization's master data, contributing to the sustainability and maturity of our company while also enhancing our decision-making abilities, operational efficiency, and data governance. Your responsibilities will include: designing, implementing, and managing MDM platforms using Semarchy MDM, Informatica MDM and other platform technologies like Oracle RDS, MS SQL Server, and AWS (Amazon Web Services) to maintain accurate and consistent master data across various business domains; collaborating with cross-functional teams to set guidelines for master data processes and standards, defining master data policies, and ensuring adherence to data standards; and much more. About You Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications: - Understanding of modern Master Data Management concepts, data governance, data quality, and data security principles. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automated deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Other requirements. Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). - Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing MDM solutions, with a strong focus on Semarchy and Informatica MDM, and many more requirements.
