About Your Role

As a Senior Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you will integrate with cross-functional teams to mold the future of communication. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product managers and researchers to define technical solutions.
• Designing and developing large-scale distributed software services.
• Ensuring all created services follow our rigorous security and reliability standards.
• Participating in on-call rotations, enhancing system health, and adhering to SLAs.
• Driving AI innovations in Azure, utilizing technologies like Azure OpenAI and Azure ML.
• Working with massive datasets and deploying Machine Learning models to production environments.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who are not only experienced in software engineering but also have a solid grounding in Machine Learning and AI. Required qualifications include:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Deep knowledge of ML, deep learning (DL), and natural language processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and distributed systems.
