Job Description: Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Fraud ML Team

As a key player in our Fraud ML team, you'll drive critical developments on our machine learning platform, fueling our fight against digital fraud. This role not only requires strong technical prowess but also a collaborative spirit to shape the future of our product and technology strategies.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development of innovative solutions for Risk & Fraud detection within a dynamic product team.
• Influence technical and architectural decisions, championing high standards and forward-thinking design.
• Partner closely with product and engineering leaders to scope and deliver outstanding projects.
• Promote a culture of innovation and risk-balanced decision-making within the team.

These efforts will directly elevate the safety and reliability of services we provide to global enterprises, making a measurable difference in our operations.

Required Qualifications

We're seeking a strategic thinker who is enthusiastic about machine learning, with substantial experience in:

• Designing and managing large MLOps platforms, with proficiency in real-time data processing and feature serving.
• Developing cloud-based applications, particularly on AWS, with tools like Spark, Databricks, and SageMaker.
• Deploying and monitoring machine learning solutions in high-traffic environments.
• Applying rigorous algorithm design, ideally with a background in Fintech or risk management systems.

Exceptional communication skills and a knack for working effectively across multidisciplinary teams are essential. While experience in Fintech, Fraud Detection, or risk management is a plus, a deep passion for creating impactful software solutions is what truly sets our team members apart.
