Your New Role: Senior ML Ops Engineer

Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Client: Major Global Financial Institution

Your Responsibilities

Join our new central MLOps team responsible for:

• Building and supporting tools to automate processes that boost data scientist productivity.
• Enabling continuous model monitoring for enhanced performance tracking.
• Establishing robust security frameworks within the AI ecosystem.
• Decoupling AI models from IT applications to streamline operations.

Who You Are

You are ideally equipped with:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI, ideally in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and an aptitude for learning new technologies swiftly.
• A comprehensive understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, security, and various other technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented focus, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• A valid Swiss work permit or EU nationality with a willingness to relocate to Zurich.
