Team Mission

Since 2020, our ML Platform team has provided tools and best practices to empower the Data Products team in building and maintaining production-ready ML/AI systems. Our mission is to support diverse teams and ML/AI use-cases through self-service tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems and tools for scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.
• Enhance the reliability of data products in production, decrease time to deployment, and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced algorithms into production, adhering to MLOps best practices.

Who You Are

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Software Engineering expertise with strong fundamentals in Computer Science. Preferably, Python is your go-to language, and you are flexible with other programming languages. You have a penchant for delivering clean code and exploring new tools and practices.
• Possess experience in Data Engineering, organizing, and querying large datasets with tools like Hadoop or Spark.
• Share a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, proficient in applying MLOps best practices at scale.
• Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders, known for your communication and collaboration skills.
• Visionary in translating ideas into reliable, maintainable code with a strong track record of results-driven work. Experienced in operating at scale with a cloud DevOps/infrastructure mindset.
• Autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset. You own your projects.
• Strong belief in teamwork, enjoying mentoring and sharing knowledge.

• Previous experience in scale-up environments with various technologies.
• Interest in LLMs and the new challenges of Generative AI.
