Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Power BI & Insights Developer, you will:

• Develop advanced reports and visualizations that span all areas of our business.
• Design and implement automated data and reporting solutions ensuring operational excellence across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Maintain and enhance data models and dashboards, focusing on performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Data Science & Engineering team to improve data pipelines and models.
• Address and resolve data issues based on user feedback and continuously refine our business intelligence tools.
• Take ownership of documentation and champion the rollout of new analytics tools, enhancing data literacy within the organization.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

• Solid experience as a Power BI Developer, with expertise in DAX, Power Query (M-Language), and data model construction.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• A deep understanding of data visualization techniques and data modeling principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• An agile approach to project management; familiarity with Azure and Databricks is a plus.
• Knowledge of a second language, while not essential, is advantageous.
