Join Our Team as a Senior Power BI Developer

Located in Noida and reporting directly to the BI Manager, we are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Power BI Developer. This role is pivotal in understanding and fulfilling the data and reporting needs of our BI partners across various functions, thereby driving better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Mission of the Position:

• Gather essential data and reporting requirements from BI partners, including GBS Management and operations teams, to deliver optimal BI solutions.
• Engage with clients globally, enhancing functional knowledge across multiple verticals like Finance and HR.
• Develop and maintain efficient, high-quality BI reports and ensure robust data governance and security.

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Transform raw data into insightful reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Create effective data models, ensure data integrity, and optimize data documentation.
• Collaborate globally, ensuring clean and compelling report presentations and continuous improvement of existing data solutions.

Knowledge/Background:

• Over 5 years of experience in BI reporting, with deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis and statistics.
• Experience in scripting and programming, preferably Python, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Entry Qualifications:

• A university degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Profound understanding of relational databases, data design, and data visualization.
• Strong capability in Microsoft Office products and an analytically driven problem-solving approach.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to achieve results independently.
