Job Description

As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business intelligence solutions. Your main role will involve working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust analytics and reporting tools that facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy impactful Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and refine data requirements.
• Create advanced data models and transformation processes using Power Query and DAX.
• Enhance and optimize existing Power BI solutions to boost performance and user experience.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and promote Power BI best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements in Power BI.
• Ensure strict adherence to data security standards and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Power BI development and administration.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
• Proven expertise in data visualization and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A Power BI or related certification is a desirable addition.
