Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key leader within our organization, you will:

  • Develop and advance Cyber/EW research with tangible impacts on our operations.
  • Shape and implement strategic visions for the organization, influencing broader corporate directions.
  • Lead diverse teams across multiple functions from business development to project execution.
  • Recruit and mentor top-tier talent to enhance your research team.
  • Represent RTX BBN at national conferences and engage with key stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with at least 10 years of related experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • An active Top Secret U.S. government security clearance is necessary for commencing duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in technical R&D teams.
  • Strong publication record and experience in securing government research funds.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and development tools relevant to cyber-security research.
  • Expertise in cyber-physical systems, RF signal processing, and other advanced technological areas.
