Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Partner with leaders, partners, data engineers, and scientists to extract valuable insights from data sets.
• Design visualizations and user interfaces using Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Emphasize visual best practices in choice of charts, colors, and formatting.
• Convert complex datasets into actionable information driving people decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build fast and interactive visualizations for large datasets.
• Maintain cutting-edge visualization technology and frameworks through evaluations and proof of concepts.
• Initiate and lead new projects that can grow into significant engineering efforts.
• Develop and present conclusions and recommendations to senior executives with outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience: 7 to 9 years of data visualization engineering experience in IT services or captive environments.

Preferred Experience: Working on HR and Finance data.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Power BI and passion for data analytics.

Learning Agility: Willing to embrace new technologies in an evolving digital space.
