Your Role

As a Senior Principal Research Scientist, you will lead a team to define, implement, and integrate first-of-a-kind intelligent solutions using the latest in Generative AI, LLM, AI/ML, and Data Science technologies.

What You Will Achieve

• Develop and apply advanced generative architecture in large-scale, complex environments
• Conduct rapid prototyping of emerging tools and technology in the Gen AI space
• Deliver enterprise-grade AI/Machine Learning solutions based on LLMs for Technical Support Services
• Architect and scale machine learning models for efficient deployment across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists to refine algorithms and models, publish white papers, and drive project adoption

Key Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, with advanced degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Industry experience in software engineering or DevOps
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, structuring, and mentorship skills
• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, and Intelligent Automation
• Proficiency in C# or Java, with a strong background in Python, Spark, TensorFlow, XGBoost

Desirable Requirements:

• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities
• Extensive experience in machine learning, particularly with Neural Networks
• Significant software engineering experience focusing on ML model production and scalability
• Advanced understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native computing, DevOps, data streaming, and parallelized workloads
