Senior Product Manager - Machine Learning, Real-Time Payments Risk AI & Analytics

Join the RTP Risk Analytics product team at Visa, where we leverage advanced AI technologies like Deep Learning, Network Graph Analytics, and Scalable ML to help financial institutions detect and prevent fraud and scams in real-time payments. This team operates as an incubated start-up, transforming ideas into market-ready products, all while utilizing Visa’s vast infrastructure, technology, and global leadership in payments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and execution of the RTP Risk Analytics product suite.
• End-to-end execution of new product development from inception through to live service.
• Collaborate with Visa's AI specialists to incorporate advanced AI techniques.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Research, Engineering, and UX.
• Lead client Pilot delivery phases: planning, execution, and presenting results to clients.
• Drive product commercialization efforts including client pitches, demos, and maintaining market relationships.
• Innovate and develop creative solutions to industry challenges using Design Thinking.
• Build and manage your team to achieve product goals.
• Become a go-to expert for Advanced Analytics Products in the Financial Crime/RTP function.

This hybrid role allows employees to split their time between remote and office work, typically spending 50% or more in the office based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong background in consulting programs and/or product management for Advanced Analytics products in Financial Services, with both client-facing and delivery-focused experience.
• Experience in Financial Crime and/or Payments within the Financial Services industry.
• Proven success in fast-paced, agile environments with demanding timelines.
• Experience designing and marketing products using complex AI/ML modeling techniques.
• Leadership experience in managing remote data science teams.
• Passion for innovation and delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across levels, regions, and cultures.
• Ability to develop insights from complex data and create impactful stories.
• Strategic planning and change management skills.
• Capability to lead executive messaging.
