We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Program Manager to join our dynamic Autonomy Workflows Product team. This role is critical in accelerating the enhancement of Autonomy development through creating sophisticated tooling for our top-tier ML Operations and Engineering teams.

What You Will Do

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Collaborate across software engineering and design teams to deliver superbly efficient tooling experiences for our Autonomy engineers.
• Develop a deep understanding of various Autonomy workflows to create detailed requirements that facilitate user-centric tooling solutions.
• Manage progress tracking, resolve dependencies, assess risks, and maintain communication with project stakeholders to ensure goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• Drive initiatives to remove obstacles, manage issue escalations, and support teams with competing priorities to ensure proactive results delivery.
• Combine your understanding of user needs and business objectives with a strong design sense to work with development teams, proposing innovative solutions despite constraints.
• Engage in decision-making processes to inform prioritization and enhance team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer in environments focused on autonomous systems, robotics, machine learning, or related fields.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on user experience.
• Proven impact through the design, development, and launch of innovative products or significant technology programs.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with the software development lifecycle alongside an ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Extensive project management experience with a good grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to varied audiences.
• A passion for releasing novel products and the flexibility to adapt to new roles and responsibilities.

The compensation for this role is competitively set between $156,000 to $234,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. The chosen candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
