Overview:

Join us at Rackner to assist the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) in promoting public health by enhancing the FDA’s ability to integrate advanced AI and machine learning (AI/ML) into their systems for better clinical decision-making and regulatory evaluations.

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Program Manager who can effectively coordinate, manage, and lead all aspects of our projects with CDRH. This role involves comprehensive oversight, from planning and scheduling to managing teams and deliverables, focusing on achieving stellar results and program success.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in medical devices or healthcare
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in medical device software development
  • Proven project management prowess with the capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources efficiently

Education Background / Professional Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, specifically in AI, medical devices, or healthcare technology sectors
  • A strong track record in managing AI projects, particularly in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for medical devices
  • Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams in a highly regulated environment
