Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000-$239,000, along with potential bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location. Pay within this range depends on work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Author research papers to share and generate an impact of research results across functions and the research community.
  • Contribute to the growth of research business by sharing research trends and best practices within the community.
  • Drive project work by defining data structure, framework, design, and evaluation metrics for research solutions development and implementation. Identify timelines and secure necessary resources.
  • Identify emerging research areas by engaging with potential external and internal collaborators, and contribute to developing long-term research strategies to expand Google's impact.
  • Identify technology gaps and work with stakeholders and leaders to address them.
