Reporting to the Engineering Lead (Automation), the Senior RPA Developer is crucial for supporting our robotic process automation (RPA) delivery and initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support automations using tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
  • Support other RPA developers with new processes and maintain the code base to standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Assist business users in resolving production automation issues and errors.
  • Perform code optimization and identify potential issues and defects.
  • Participate in code reviews, automated functional testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing automations using UiPath.
  • RPA Advanced certified Developer (UiPath, Blue Prism, or any RPA tool).
  • Experience in presenting system designs for user approval at formal reviews.
  • Experience in configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
  • Proficiency in Web Service Integration, .NET, C#, Python, SQL, relational databases, and application development.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to conceptualize business processes as automated solutions.
  • Willingness to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes using Clients Robotics product.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
