Key Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will:
- Develop computational tools to effectively manage and analyze large-scale proteomics datasets.

- Advance the development of machine learning models to predict protein functions and interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in proteomics and computational biology, integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into our research.
- Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through detailed presentations and scientific publications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a substantial background in omics data, such as proteomics, metabolomics, genomics, and transcriptomics.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, coupled with experience in bioinformatics tools and databases.
- Solid understanding of biological systems, molecular biology, and machine learning applications in biological data analysis.
- Experience with techniques in mass spectrometry-based proteomics, metabolomics, chemical biology, and next-generation sequencing is ideal.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven record of scientific publications and robust communication skills.
