Senior Security Analyst (GIAC, CISSP) - Up to $12,500/Month

Coordinate and perform core operational cyber-security functions such as incident handling, response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, application security, data leakage prevention, and identity/access management.
Participate in response planning and remediation actions.
Review system configurations and designs to ensure compliance with security controls and standards.
Conduct cyber-security assessments and evaluate proposed changes or execute action plans to enhance security resilience.
Design, implement, operate, and maintain security tools and advanced detection solutions with minimal supervision.
Enhance cyber-security operations through process improvements and engagement with stakeholders.
Lead enhancements of cyber-security functions via vendor identification, scope development, contract review, negotiation, and procurement.
Execute and communicate cyber-security enhancement strategies with set goals, tracking, and reporting.
Establish and enforce security procedures, guidelines, and baselines for IT systems users and administrators.
Collaborate with other IT functions for cyber-gap remediation and provide security consultancy as needed.
Assess and propose improvements for cloud security and implementation of data protection solutions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of API management and application integration methodologies.
Perform additional duties as directed.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 9 years of experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
At least 5 years of experience in an information security service company or cybersecurity department.
Intermediate or Advanced GIAC certifications in Cyber Defense, Penetration Testing, or Digital Forensics & Incident Response domains preferred (e.g., GPEN, GWAPT, GCIH).
CISSP or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies such as intelligent automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).
Strong knowledge of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns.
Cloud security certification is preferred (e.g., CCSP, CCSE, AZ 500, GCSA, CompTIA Cloud+).
Experience in developing software using Python or other scripting languages.
Strong knowledge of REST API implementation.
Proficient in written and oral English.
Experience with SIEM and Log Management Solutions; SOAR solutions are recommended.
Understanding and familiarity with securing cloud infrastructure.
Proficient in both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems implementation and administration.
