Generative AI technology produces text, images, audio, and video based on user input. Oracle is building its Generative AI cloud services on the public cloud, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet the needs of enterprises. By combining Oracle’s comprehensive cloud applications and data management expertise with Cohere’s pioneering LLMs, we aim to offer:

• Unrivaled Data Security, Privacy, and Governance: OCI's Generative AI service ensures complete control and ownership of your data. Oracle’s generative AI services segregate customer data to maintain competitive advantages, supporting tools for data provenance and lineage.

Your Opportunity

Join us in innovating to create a comprehensive Generative AI platform with advanced security, top-tier data management, and a wide array of cloud applications. As a member of our software engineering division, you will:

• Develop Generative AI services with industry-leading security.
• Build scalable infrastructure including microservices, backends for UI, and dashboards.
• Benchmark and evaluate Generative AI services.
• Utilize MLOps tools in Python, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Optuna.
• Deploy and scale Gen AI models on the OKE cluster.
• Collaborate effectively with data scientists and other engineers to address product challenges.
• Leverage cloud technologies including OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Heroku.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Expertise in at least one high-level programming language such as Java, C#, or C++ (Java preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with UI frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Practical experience with microservices architecture, big data technologies, and cloud environments.
• A drive to learn new technologies and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-native frameworks and contributions to open-source projects.
