Position Overview

As a vital part of our EDEV team, you'll be responsible for constructing robust data pipelines that empower Autodesk to harness critical business insights. Your expertise will help shape data solutions that are essential for data engineers, data scientists, and analysts across our company. This full-time role, based in Toronto and offering a hybrid work model, invites you to leave your mark in a leading tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Developing and automating data transformations across various systems.
• Implementing CI/CD processes for both batch and Near Real Time (NRT) data pipelines using tools like PySpark, dbt, and Apache Airflow.
• Utilizing a range of programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java for effective data manipulation and solution development.
• Collaborating with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and enhance performance.
• Designing data schemas and building quality assurance processes to maintain high data standards.

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience with cloud-based ETL, ELT, and real-time data processing.
• Advanced skills in data modeling and programming in SQL, Python, and other related languages.
• Proven experience in big data environments like Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Airflow, and software development tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
