ICE and PIVT applications support production teams by managing work statements, optimizing labor charging, and addressing non-conformances. They enhance shop floor execution, performance visibility, and data-driven decision-making, ultimately improving quality and fostering continuous improvement within production engineering.

Position Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision for data foundation and analytics, improving cross-platform components.
  • Conceptualize and own data architecture for large-scale projects, balancing design and operational trade-offs.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, extracting and transforming data from diverse sources.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to understand and deliver on data needs.
  • Define and manage SLAs for all data sets in areas of ownership.
  • Implement security models based on privacy requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end data integration, ETL, and data processing solutions.
  • Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations.
  • Solve complex data integration problems using advanced ETL patterns.
  • Influence product and cross-functional teams to leverage data opportunities.
  • Build high-performance scalable data warehouses.
  • Deploy inclusive data quality checks ensuring high-quality data.

Work Schedule

This hybrid position requires the selected candidate to work onsite at least 2 days per week at one of the specified locations. This requirement may be subject to change.

This position must comply with export control regulations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 5+ years of experience writing software for data services.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL development.
  • 5+ years of experience with ETL programming.
  • 5+ years of experience developing data pipelines.
  • 5+ years of experience in a cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Experience in data analytics.

Typical Education / Experience

Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., PhD + 4 years, Master + 7 years, etc.).
