Role Overview:

Within our Autonomy Data: Labels Platform team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the services that support our high-volume data labeling operations. This opportunity allows you to:

• Implement production best practices to maintain utmost platform reliability.
• Develop features for new labeling applications crucial to our system's learning and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively across various teams including product, operations, and data science to drive projects from concept to execution.
• Utilize ML Ops practices to innovate processes that improve data coverage and quality.

Who You Are:

Ideal candidates should have:

• A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• At least 4 years of solid industry experience in software development, particularly for candidates without a CS degree.
• Proficiency in backend services, familiar with Cloud services, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
• Strong coding skills in C++ and Python; knowledge of other programming languages like Golang and TypeScript is beneficial.
• Experience in data annotation, autonomous driving, computer vision, robotics, or similar fields.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $144,000 - $216,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, equity compensation, a 401k plan, and extensive wellness and professional development resources.
