Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Engineering to join our innovative team at Axelerant Technologies. This role involves the deployment and maintenance of scalable solutions combining technology, processes, and people. Your main goal will be to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns through advanced data management, segmentation, and lead generation.

You are expected to:

• Stay updated with industry and technology trends.
• Write detailed technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently.
• Continue enhancing our data-driven marketing strategy through the Adobe Experience Platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams for creating effective audience segments.
• Consult and support in defining KPIs that steer business towards success.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (Analytics, Target, Experience Platform, CDP, etc.).
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
• Experience in developing and deploying data pipelines across various platforms and data management systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Redshift, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques.
• General understanding of data transformation, mining, and ingestion processes.
