We are actively seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer (AI/ML) to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of our machine learning models through detailed testing and validation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement detailed test plans to evaluate the accuracy and robustness of machine learning algorithms.
• Develop and maintain an advanced automated testing framework specifically for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and Product Managers to align with user experiences and product objectives.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of test results, identify issues, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Integrate and improve quality assurance processes within our CI/CD pipeline to ensure consistent delivery of top-quality ML applications.
• Monitor and optimize machine learning models post-deployment to ensure continuing performance and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ML model testing.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of machine learning, data visualization, and SQL databases.Strong foundation in statistical methods, version control systems like Git, and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience collaborating with data science teams.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy in testing.
