About the Business Operations Team

The Business Operations team is at the forefront of combining business solutions with the latest technology to furnish our leaders with data-driven insights for informed decision-making. This team is instrumental in the design, development, and governance of business data, creating a unified view of impact areas within the organization. By providing insights, strategic vision, and actionable plans, our team empowers leaders to operate more effectively. Qualifications

We seek candidates with a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (excluding correspondence courses). Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience and expertise in:

• C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework 4.5 or higher, .NET Core, MVC, and design patterns in web architecture
• REST API, Web API, and Node JS
• Web/UI technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery (Data Table Library)
• Complex SQL Queries (preferably Oracle)
• GIT (or equivalent source control), PuTTY, VS Code, Azure DevOps
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Excellent debugging skills and strong written/verbal communication

Additional knowledge of Angular, React, Python, and AI automation tools is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop user interfaces for internet/intranet applications using .NET MVC
• Develop and optimize APIs for front-end applications
• Enhance deployment processes to deliver reliable solutions
• Build complete solutions within budget and timeline requirements
• Develop, unit test, and release functionalities that improve user experience
• Troubleshoot development and production issues
• Create documentation and build reusable code for future use
• Lead strategic programs related to BRIC Tool, Resource Forecast, Data Source Integration, and Process Automation
• Ensure the feasibility and optimization of UI/UX designs
• Identify risks and improvements, automating processes using existing or new tools
