About the Role

As a Node.js Developer on AI at CloudTalk, you will become part of an Engineering team of 50+ professionals. You will work alongside Backend and Frontend developers, QA engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers, within a Scrum environment. Your primary task will involve infusing CloudTalk’s product with AI capabilities. Work on developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Node.js, enabling our customers to be more productive.

What We Offer

• Collaborate on daily tasks involving Node.js, Typescript, MySQL/MariaDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Git, and occasionally Angular.

• Involvement in technical designs and consultations for new features.

Requirements

• Experience in Node.js development.
• Proficiency in Typescript, Docker, MySQL/MariaDB, and some Angular experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, automated testing, and agile development.
• Expertise in advanced prompting techniques, model orchestration, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience in developing backend systems for customer-facing analytical applications.
• Ability to mentor and help colleagues grow.

Preferred Skills

• Full stack engineering background.
• Experience with NestJS, REST API, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in analytical databases and GPT.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining LLM pipelines in production environments.
• Skill in extracting insights from unstructured text data to enhance analytical dashboards.
• Experience in hosting, scaling, and fine-tuning LLMs and speech-to-text models in cloud environments.
