Roles and Responsibilities

Key Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, with a robust background in full lifecycle web application development.

Cloud and DevOps: Demonstrated proficiency in AWS cloud services and a thorough understanding of DevOps principles is essential.

Advanced Experience: Proven expertise in backend technologies, microservices architecture, and familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and adopting cloud-native practices are highly prized.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in algorithms and data structures is required, along with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and clean code architecture. Familiarity with Linux and Windows command-line interfaces is also important.

Communication: Outstanding English communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for effective collaboration within our team.
