Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer at Vayyar, your main activities will include:

• Developing our growing SaaS IoT platform for Vayyar Care products, platforms, and services
• Managing the production environment to support market growth concerning scalability and deployment stability
• Investigating and learning new technologies to address customer needs
• Exploring market potential for our cloud solution
• Contributing to and influencing Architecture and Design alongside cross-functional teams
• Creating solutions for our analytics platform and various partner integrations
• Managing Big Data and AI pipelines for analytics, alerts, and predictions

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to have:

• 5+ years of programming experience in backend environments
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C++ (one or more)
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, services, and cloud development and deployment
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and/or IoT solutions
• Experience with managed cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS (advantage)
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Terraform and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions (advantage)
