About the Role

We seek well-rounded engineers eager to take on impactful projects, collaborate closely, grow significantly, and help shape our company's future. Your influence will extend to both product and technology solutions, helping define our culture as we revolutionize the sales process for companies and teams.

You will join a product-based squad within our engineering organization, working closely with engineers and product managers.

This is a fully remote position and can be executed from any location within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of highly scalable and robust systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design
  • Drive technical strategy and set standards for engineering teams
  • Mentor and guide both senior and junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and improvement
  • Review code to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
  • Represent the engineering team in product and business strategy discussions
  • Research and introduce advanced technologies and tools as needed
  • Identify and resolve architectural challenges and bottlenecks
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in product and development processes
  • Lead various architectural discussions and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • 3+ years of software development experience with frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficient in building and scaling distributed systems
  • Deep understanding of advanced design patterns beyond typical MVC
  • Experience optimizing large-scale applications handling millions of transactions daily
  • Professional web application development experience with a focus on web application frameworks
  • Fluent in web services/API standards such as REST and GraphQL
  • Experience with RDBMS development, particularly in complex SQL, DML, and DDL
  • Direct experience with PostgreSQL is a plus
  • Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis) is advantageous
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
