About the Role: Senior Solution Analyst - Business Intelligence

Based in Hyderabad, our global hub focuses on innovative and sustainable solutions to help patients prevail over serious diseases. As a Senior Solution Analyst, you will partner with the Solution Architect to support our IT landscape and provide technical vision to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology roadmaps in alignment with BMS’s mission and business goals.
• Collaborate with the Data Architecture practice to establish standards and guidelines.
• Ensure new technologies align with BMS’s enterprise ecosystem and strategic plans.
• Provide technical guidance to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-optimized solutions.
• Conduct technology risk assessments and manage technology components proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Management systems.
• Strong solution definition and problem-solving skills with experience in software design and IT security management.
• Experience in Life Sciences Commercial domain and project management.
• Knowledge of Big Data, MDM, Data Visualization, and ETL/transformations is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Graduate degree is a plus.
