Key Responsibilities

As part of our AI Infrastructure team, which is central to fintech innovations, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in developing AI models, from credit and document understanding to virtual assistants.
• Define and execute architectural strategies addressing long-term business and technical challenges.
• Lead initiatives, drive innovations, and deploy models that save our customers time and effort.

Qualifications

We’d love to chat if you have:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable machine learning models, especially in the backend.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Business acumen to translate complex technical details into business value.
• A track record of successful cross-functional partnerships.
• An innovative mindset and a passion for staying at the cutting edge of ML/AI technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

Our salaries are based on various factors, including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location. The estimated salary ranges are:

• Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, NYC, Seattle): $188,700—$235,900 USD
• Zone 2 (CA excluding Bay Area, Austin TX, Massachusetts): $169,800—$212,300 USD
• Zone 3 (Utah, Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina): $160,400—$200,500 USD
