About Sanofi Global Hub

Sanofi Global Hub is an internal powerhouse designed to centralize processes and activities, providing strategic and functional support for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations worldwide. We aim to be a reliable partner for tactical deliveries and play a key role in Sanofi's global operations.

Main Responsibilities

Implement Statistical Analysis

Collaborate with Medical Affairs biostatisticians and internal programming teams to execute statistical analysis plans. Deliver QC’d data packages including tables, figures, and listings for publications such as abstracts, posters, presentations, and manuscripts.

Develop Advanced Techniques

Create, implement, and document non-routine macros and advanced programming techniques while ensuring compliance with SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

People:

Build and maintain effective relationships with end stakeholders, including the Medical community and local biostatistics teams within the allocated Global business unit and product lines. The goal is to develop accurate statistical data outputs.

Performance/Process:

• Conduct post-hoc statistical analyses of clinical trial data.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and document statistical programming using high-level software packages like SAS.
• Produce comprehensive data packages that include well-documented tables, listings, and figures.
• Stay current with advanced programming methods.

Customer:

Work closely with Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians to identify statistical analysis needs and assist in developing assigned deliverables.

Qualifications

Experience:

Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or B.Sc. with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage timelines effectively.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

Advanced SAS programming skills, SDTM & ADaM (CDISC) expertise.

Education:

Bachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field.

Languages:

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
