Your Role

Are you a leader who advocates for their team? Skilled in strategic planning, program development, and business forecasting? Our AIML Annotation team, dedicated to enhancing the Siri customer experience, is passionate about technology.

We are on the lookout for an Area Manager (Senior Team Lead) to manage the daily operations of the AIML Annotation team. You will coach, mentor, and guide Team Leads to foster quality, innovation, and strong performance among their team of Language Annotation Analysts. Your analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and personal drive will be crucial in achieving team performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure organizational delivery of quality results.
• Develop tools and reports to analyze and optimize business processes, including workflow optimizations, workforce management, and volume predictions.
• Determine staffing requirements and participate in interviewing and hiring.
• Effectively lead team performance through one-on-ones, team meetings, mentor sessions, and setting expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record in people management and leading teams focused on consumer-facing applications, content, or services.

• Experience in scaling operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
