Senior Technical Trainer, Data Center and AI Platforms at NVIDIA

Join NVIDIA's education services team as a dynamic technical trainer and content developer. We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional individual with a robust expertise in networks, server administration, containerized environments, storage, and orchestration tools to lead the delivery and development of technical content related to NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure and software solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Training Delivery: You will conduct engaging face-to-face and remote training sessions for NVIDIA's customers and partners. This role requires flexibility with up to 25% travel.

Content Development: Utilize your expertise to craft cutting-edge training materials aligned with NVIDIA's innovative AI and data center technologies.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with domain experts to develop course proposals that meet market demands and customer needs.

Lab-Based Training: Design interactive lab exercises enriched with diagrams, videos, and hands-on experiences to enhance learning outcomes.

Instructor Support: Develop comprehensive instructor resources, certification criteria, and assessment materials to support other trainers.

What We Need to See:

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience is required, including at least 2 years in data center-related technologies such as networking, server administration, storage, and virtualization.

Skills: You should have hands-on experience administering Linux servers, scripting (BASH, CSH, etc.), and managing storage arrays. In-depth knowledge of L2 and L3 networking protocols (MLAG, BGP, EVPN, VxLAN), proficiency in cloud-based Linux environments, and relevant tools (SLURM, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS) are crucial.

Communication: Strong presentation and written skills in English are essential.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across various levels of a matrixed organization.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

Experience in developing hands-on and virtual training for technical audiences, familiarity with NVIDIA AI infrastructure solutions, and holding relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP or higher, RHCSA, InfiniBand Professional, Cumulus Professional or higher, Certified K8 administrator) will make your application stand out.
