About the Opportunity: Senior Token Research Analyst, OKX Europe

As part of the Legal and Compliance Division, the core of your role involves crafting thorough due diligence reports on diverse tokens across multiple ecosystems poised for inclusion on our global exchanges. This role requires conducting rigorous "Politically Exposed Person" screenings, investigating smart contracts, analyzing decentralization levels, evaluating tokenomics, utilizing tools like Etherscan, and inspecting wallet addresses. Your insights will be invaluable to our Legal, Risk, and Listing teams, protecting our customers and shaping the research team’s vision and future.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports aiding the Legal and Compliance Division.
• Analyze data from various sources, scrutinize smart contracts, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and delve into token economics.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor changes in ecosystems and protocols such as governance changes, hardforks, and node upgrades.
• Handle and respond to complex research requests, offering recommendations to senior leadership.
• Act as a thought leader within the organization, fostering knowledge sharing and training to enhance overall oversight.
• Offer advisory services to other business units on both quantitative and qualitative issues.

What We Look for in You

• Bachelor's degree with a track record of high academic performance.
• Experience in roles demanding technical proficiency such as developer, analyst, data scientist, or researcher.
• Deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and current industry trends.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and report generation, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.
• Detailed-oriented with a robust work ethic and a swift, precise work delivery.
• Aptitude for on-chain research and enthusiasm for blockchain technology.
• Hands-on experience with technologies like Python, Solidity, SQL, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
