About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI Engineer to join our Product team. In this role, you will take ownership and ensure the success of our products in the market. You will innovate and build new features for the Hugging Face Hub (hf.co) and other exciting products.

While coding isn't mandatory, involvement in the "Developer tools" and machine learning space requires a generalist mindset.

What You'll Do

At Hugging Face, each team member engages in impactful projects that align with their interests. Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing apps or pages to expand the Hugging Face Hub to new domains
• Designing blog posts, videos, talks, and demos
• Driving product direction used by tens of thousands of users worldwide

Requirements

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of UI design experience
• Interest in Machine Learning
• Proficiency in UX software such as Figma or Sketch
• Strong ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
• Extensive experience in UX design best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design
• Efficiently iterate designs and solutions
• Ability to synthesize company-level goals for creating remarkable design experiences across multiple product areas
• Fluency in English
