Job Description:

We are seeking an SVP, Data & Analytics to join our Advanced Analytics Team. This pivotal role will guide the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) program, data scientists, data stewards, and data service providers. As an influential leader, you will shape team direction and data management strategies, ensuring value and a steady stream of client work and revenue. This hybrid role requires three days in-office each week, with specific details discussed during the interview process.

Your Impact:

  • Enhance existing data analysis processes and identify new enterprise offerings and revenue streams.
  • Innovate ways to combine in-house data with external data to cut costs or increase revenues.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including social media and third-party vendors, to create comprehensive datasets.
  • Ensure data quality and governance, maintaining data integrity, veracity, and value.

Qualifications:

  • Executive with 12+ years of technical and business management experience in a digital or SaaS environment at a Marketing Agency or technology provider.
  • MBA or other advanced graduate degree.
  • Blend of business and technical experience, including Agile product development.
  • Background in the software industry, with experience in product management and marketing.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing programs.
  • Experience with solutions incorporating social media, cloud, mobile, and other emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark for analytic use cases.
  • Adaptability with evolving technologies and strategies.
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Biotech sectors.
