By working closely with our Go-to-Market and Product & Engineering teams, we ensure that our innovations drive success across all customer engagements and contribute to the evolution of state-of-the-art AI functionalities. Your Role: Senior/Lead Applied AI Engineer

As a key player in our team, you will:

• Engage directly with our clients to comprehend their challenges and craft bespoke AI-driven solutions on our Process Intelligence platform.
• Take a lead role in transforming these custom solutions into standardized offerings that can be delivered to our broad customer base efficiently.
• Play a pivotal role in pitching Celonis' AI vision and aligning our solutions with the customer's AI strategies.
• Develop prototypes and implement AI solutions that cater specifically to customer needs, leveraging both traditional machine learning and cutting-edge LLM-based approaches.
• Identify scalable use cases across the Celonis platform to spearhead innovation and expand our product offerings.
• Work in tandem with Product & Engineering teams to shape future product developments based on real-time customer feedback.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to elevate their proficiency in deploying AI solutions.

What We Need From You

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in developing AI solutions within enterprise settings, supported by a robust portfolio of successful real-world applications.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail, proven through a history of high-quality solution delivery within stringent deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for various audiences.
