About the Role:

YOU.com is seeking a Senior/Staff AI Engineer to spearhead the development of AI technologies, including Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) and Search. This crucial role involves researching, building, and deploying innovative product experiences using cutting-edge AI advancements that redefine the capabilities of AI assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and manage the core YOU.com LLM & AI infrastructure along with associated backend systems.
• Lead new projects from ideation to deployment, demonstrating deep expertise in areas such as early ideation & prototyping, research, infrastructure, scalability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems.
• Iterate products rapidly based on user feedback in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming and systems understanding.
• Self-driven with high standards.
• Preferred: BS/PhD/MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Significant experience in deploying and scaling AI products to large user bases.
• A strong inclination for both research and core engineering work.
