Role: Services Consultant

As a Services Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our agile project teams, accelerating digital transformation for our customers and expanding Celonis internationally. You'll collaborate closely with customers to generate high-value use cases, perform data transformations, develop analyses, derive business cases, and implement cutting-edge features of the Celonis software, including Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

Discover

  • Play a critical role in agile Celonis implementation project teams, delivering solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Design creative analyses and execution applications, incorporating Machine Learning algorithms and Task Mining for enhanced process transparency.
  • Utilize Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and uncover root causes in close collaboration with customers.

Enhance

  • Lead value creation workshops and align measures to resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Quantify business and financial potentials and present insights to management.
  • Implement Celonis’ Process Automation technology to streamline customer processes, increase value, and improve process conformance rates.

Monitor

  • Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure customer enablement for ongoing process enhancements.
  • Lay foundations for long-term customer success.

About You

You are passionate about creating customer value and driving the Celonis Process Mining Technology forward. With a visionary mindset, you thrive in roles that encourage continuous learning and creative thinking.

Qualifications

  • Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) with a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
  • Excellent analytical skills, highly organized, and a quick learner.
  • Strong communication skills, enjoying interactions with customers to understand and interpret business processes.
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or comparable fields.
