What You’ll Do

As a Services Solutions Principal within the Dell Technologies Services (DTS) Presales team, you will lead critical service solution definitions across various teams. You will play a crucial role in aligning our services with customer requirements, focusing on outcomes in the realms of Data & AI, GenAI & ML. Your role includes generating client presentations, leading workshops, designing service solutions, and authoring responses to RFPs and Statements of Work (SOW). This position involves engagement with senior leadership and active collaboration across the EMEA region.

Who You Are

With over 10 years of services presales experience, you are adept at leading solutions and consultations in large enterprise and government sectors. Your expertise spans the entire lifecycle of service solutions, including strategy, risk analysis, and commercial modeling. Your profound knowledge of Data Science, AI, and associated technologies positions you as a subject matter expert in presales engagements.

Essential Requirements

• Deep understanding of services P&L, cash flow development, and risk analysis.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles, capable of influencing C-Level executives.
• Excellent command over contract negotiations and tailoring of service contracts.
• Exceptional knowledge of Data, AI/GenAI & ML services, and marketplace trends.
• Fluency in English with stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead customer workshops and executive briefings across the EMEA region.

Desirable Requirements

• Working knowledge of Dell Technologies’ suite of products and services relevant to Data and AI.
• Practical service delivery experience with related certifications.
