About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a visionary AI Leader to take charge of integrating the latest LLM/AI technology into our products. Positioned as a Software Architect, you will lead a talented team of engineers through the intricacies of developing, experimenting, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning and large language models (LLMs). This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and thrives in an agile startup atmosphere, offering substantial freedom and facing the exciting challenges that come with innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and lead a team of engineers in the creation, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning solutions and LLMs in our operational systems.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of ML system development, from concept to deployment, and further into ongoing enhancement and optimization.
• Maintain our competitive edge by researching and integrating the latest breakthroughs in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship, promoting a workplace that values collaboration and innovation.

Who You Are:

• With over 7 years of professional experience in the machine learning field, your background showcases strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles with hands-on expertise in Python, ML frameworks, conducting ML experiments, and utilizing MLOps tools. Experience in deep learning and reinforcement learning is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
• Extensive experience in deploying machine learning systems in production, especially within the NLP/LLM sphere.
• A problem-solver at heart with meticulous attention to detail and the drive to lead projects to successful completion.
• Prior experience in advertising or marketing is beneficial.
