We are seeking a Software Developing Manager with specialized experience in Generative AI to lead our dynamic team at Google. This role is critical in shaping the future of Google Workspace by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development across various programming languages including Python, C, C++, Java, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role managing strategic projects.
• 2+ years in a people management or supervisory/team leadership role.
• Profound knowledge of Generative AI technologies such as Large Language Models and Multi-Modal Systems.
• Experienced with ML algorithms and tools like TensorFlow, AI, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations for at least 3 years.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this full-time role is $189,000 to $284,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Specific compensation varies by location and will be discussed during the hiring process.
