About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer in Oracle Health's machine learning ecosystem, you'll build and automate scalable components that manage the flow of data, features, and predictions—both in real-time and batch mode. You'll also work on components related to the overall prediction model lifecycle's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build cloud ML services on top of modern Infrastructure as Service (IaaS) at OHDAP
• Design and build distributed, scalable, fault-tolerant software systems
• Participate in the entire software lifecycle – development, testing, CI, and production operations
• Balance between product feature development and production operational concerns
• Leverage internal OCI tools to develop, build, deploy, and fix software
• Participate in on-call duties for the service with the team
• Resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more of Java, C#, C/C++, and/or Python
• Preferably, production experience with Cloud and ML technologies
• Initiative to deliver complex software effectively with team and partners
• Strong communication skills for technical ideas
• Helpful but not required: Data science and machine learning knowledge

Us Hiring Range and Benefits

Salary Range: $74,800 to $178,200 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity. Factors influencing placement in the range include knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations.
