Clari’s Infrastructure organization develops systems and tools to enhance engineering velocity reliably. We collaborate with engineering teams to set standards, improve reliability, and increase cost-efficiency, offering a unique opportunity to impact cloud infrastructure scaling amid high demand and growth.

About the Role

The Developer Experience team equips Clari’s engineering teams with tools to build, test, publish, and deploy code. You will play a crucial role in delivering next-generation services that facilitate cloud-native standards adoption and streamline engineers’ workflows. Our team members are expected to actively contribute to Clari's vision through robust development and collaboration.

As part of the Developer Productivity Team, you will focus on improving your fellow engineers' experiences. You should have experience with CI/CD pipelines, be familiar with deployment patterns, and enjoy deploying solutions in Kubernetes while understanding how features interconnect. You value strong opinions balanced by a willingness to change your mind based on compelling data and thrive in a collaborative environment that celebrates diverse ideas.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Poland. Occasional travel to Kraków may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation engineering experiences like Internal Developer Portals, Self-Service Environment Provisioning, Continuous Delivery Pipelines, Remote Debugging, and Distributed Tracing.
• Write functional specifications and design documents for Developer Productivity functions.
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to delivering capabilities on the Developer Productivity roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD tools and processes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or TeamCity, following best practices.
• 2+ years of quality engineering or software development experience, preferably in Enterprise software development.
• Experience with build automation (e.g., Bazel, Gradle, Maven, Yarn), artifact management (JARs, NPM, container images), and containerization (OCI, Docker, Jib).
• Experience with Kubernetes or AWS EKS and related tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing, static analysis, and reporting related to pipeline automation is a plus.
• Passion for solving challenging problems using measurements and data, with a focus on rapid iteration.
• Experience in a remote-first or distributed work environment.
