Software Engineer - Data Quality Platform

What you’ll do: Understand the Business request and be capable of designing and building software components. Strictly comply with the Software Development lifecycle and excel in it. Understand the Operational feasibility of the solution and provide optimal instrumentation for solutions that are constructed. Document and display solutions by generating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. What experience you need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. 5+ years of professional software development experience programming in Java, Python, or Golang. Excellent Knowledge of Application architecture and design patterns. Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices across the entire software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Experience in developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications. What could set you apart: Experience with cloud technologies including AWS or Google Cloud Platform. 3+ years of experience in building Data Quality and/or Data Monitoring Platforms using open sources such as Great Expectations, Soda Core, or Open Telemetry.
