About the Role

At G2i Inc., you'll become part of a dedicated team of experts tasked with annotating and creating training data to power the most sophisticated AI models globally. No prior experience in AI is necessary to apply. This is your chance to enter the revolutionary AI and Large Language Model (LLM) industry, contributing to projects that integrate coding with cutting-edge technology. Role Overview and Responsibilities

You will be:

• Evaluating AI-generated code and providing concise, human-readable feedback.
• Solving diverse coding challenges and writing functional, efficient code.
• Developing robust test cases to ensure software functionality.
• Engaging in varied projects from simple code comparisons to developing a full mobile application.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rates based on location, such as:

• US: $50/hr
• Brazil: $28.70 USD/hr
• Egypt: $22.05 USD/hr
• Philippines: $25.55 USD/hr
• All other non-US countries: $35 USD/hr

Hours are flexible, with a minimum expectation of 15 hours per week and no maximum cap, providing a lucrative opportunity for individuals prepared to engage more extensively.

Contract Length

This is a long-term opportunity, with projects lined up for the next 2 years, offering stability and continuous growth potential. While we hope for at least a 12-month commitment, we understand flexibility is key and accommodate professionals who decide otherwise.

Flexible Schedules for Software Developers

Set your own work hours, with the possibility to commit to up to 40 hours per week. Your performance and involvement in urgent projects will naturally dictate your engagement level, with the flexibility to take longer breaks as needed.

We prioritize candidates with a strong background in Python, ideally with experience in Data Science or software engineering. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in English and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Understanding of additional programming languages and coding tools is a bonus.
