About the Role:

You’ll become a vital part of our expert team focused on annotating data to train cutting-edge AI models. What Will I Be Doing?

- You will evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide detailed, human-readable summaries justifying your assessments.

- Unlike traditional software engineering, this role revolves around Rapid Learning and Human Feedback (RLHF), requiring meticulous attention to documentation and reasoning in code analysis.

Compensation:

- US Based: $30 USD/hr

- Non-US Based: $20 USD/hr in most countries. .

- Transition to Tier 3 roles upon project completion with higher pay rates ($50 USD/hr for US based and $35 USD/hr for most other countries).

- Flexible working hours with a minimum expectation of 15+ hours weekly, paid on a weekly basis.

Contract Details:

This position offers long-term engagement with no defined end date and the flexibility to terminate the contract mutually. While we hope for at least a 6-month commitment, we understand if adjustments need to be made.

Flexible Schedules:

Set your own hours with an expectation of 15+ hours per week, extending up to 40+ hours if desired. Pay is based on actual time spent actively working within our platform.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional software development experience.

- Complete fluency in English with the capability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.

- Excellent attention to detail with a strong adherence to writing consistency.
