About the Role

As a Software Developer at Manta Systems, you'll have the opportunity to work on either “the brain” of the underwater vehicle, i.e., the control system, or on the backend, i.e., the planning and control system. You will be a key player in our innovation journey. Depending on your profile, your tasks may include:

• Analyzing use cases and creating solutions in collaboration with suppliers.
• Participating in field trips to learn the domain and evaluate features.
• Ensuring a structured coding process and implementing automatic testing.
• Setting up development environments, including simulations.

This role is based at our office in Linköping, located at IMA One. Travel may be a part of the job.

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

• Work experience in relevant fields such as robotics, automation, digital planning, and control systems.
• Experience or interest in sea or subsea applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
• An engineering degree in a relevant field.
