Key Responsibilities

• Execute standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, high-quality code using at least one programming language with minimal guidance.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software, considering upstream and downstream system implications.
• Utilize tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance automation value.
• Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve basic complexity issues.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to secure, stable application development.
• Apply knowledge of system processes, methodologies, and skills to develop secure, stable code and systems.
• Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
• Proficiency in coding with languages such as Java or Python.
• Exposure to the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and running Kubernetes clusters in development environments.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies.
• Experience with Golang is highly preferred.
• Leadership and solutions design expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools such as API Gateway, AWS ECS, AWS EKS, AWS Fargate, AWS S3, and AWS EC2.
